1. Who we are

GardenPlan.Life ("we", "us", "the Service") runs the website gardenplan.life and the Telegram bot @pro_shot_bot.

We do not use third-party ad cookies or sell personal data.

3. How we process images

Your photo is loaded into RAM on our UK-London Oracle Cloud server.

Background removal or other transformations are applied.

The result is sent back to your chat.

The original and processed files are purged from memory—nothing is written to disk.

4. Payments

All payments occur through Telegram's native payment sheet powered by Stripe.

Your card data is sent directly to Stripe; it never passes through our servers. We receive only a payment token and your chosen plan.

5. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

You can:

  • Access the minimal data we hold (chat ID, purchase history).
  • Delete that data—send /delete_me to the bot or email us.
  • Withdraw consent by blocking the bot; we then erase your chat ID within 30 days.

Email requests are answered within 30 days.

6. Security

  • TLS/HTTPS on gardenplan.life (certified by Let's Encrypt).
  • All servers patched weekly; SSH key-only access.
  • Images processed in volatile memory; no disk persistence.
  • Stripe handles PCI-DSS card security.

7. Children

GardenPlan.Life is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We'll post any changes here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced in the bot via a system message.
