GardenPlan.Life

By visiting gardenplan.life or interacting with the Telegram bot @pro_shot_bot (together, the "Service"), you agree to these legally-binding Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be 13 years or older (or the age of digital consent in your country).
You have the legal power to enter a contract with GardenPlan.Life ("we", "our").
If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. Your Content

Ownership – You keep all rights to images and text you submit ("User Content").

License to us – You grant us a worldwide, revocable, royalty-free license to process your User Content only to deliver the requested feature (e.g., background removal).

Removal – User Content is deleted from volatile memory immediately after the processed file is returned; no backups are kept.

Prohibited Content – You may not upload:

Illegal, pornographic, or exploitative material
Malware or code intended to disrupt systems
Content you do not have the right to process

3. Paid Features & Refunds

Payments are completed inside Telegram via Stripe.

Prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated.

Purchases are non-transferable.

Refunds – If a paid feature fails or you are dissatisfied, email support@gardenplan.life within 7 days; we will re-process the image or issue a refund at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service.
Use bots or automated scripts that overload servers.
Misrepresent affiliation or impersonate others.
Violate applicable laws or regulations.

We may suspend or terminate your access—without notice—if we believe you breached these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Tailwind CSS, HTMX, and other open-source libraries remain under their respective licenses.

6. Disclaimers

"AS IS" – The Service is provided without warranties of any kind.

No guarantee of uptime – We strive for 99% availability but outages may occur.

Image quality – Automation may occasionally mis-detect edges; manual correction is not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GardenPlan.Life shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our cumulative liability shall not exceed the greater of (1) USD 50 or (2) the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GardenPlan.Life and its officers harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for any violation of these Terms or if required by law. Clauses 2 – 8 survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on gardenplan.life and inside the bot. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of London, UK.
